CNC Programmer/Machinist (Full-Time)

$30–$50 Per Hour

Do you thrive on precision, take pride in your setups, and know G and M codes as a second language? Augustine Die & Mold, Inc. (ADM) is looking for a CNC Programmer/Machinist who can program a job to minimize trial and error, reduce scrap, and set the standard for efficiency from the very first run. Someone who can optimize toolpaths, speeds, and feeds for maximum efficiency. Someone who will maximize the capabilities of our multiaxis state-of-the-art CNC machines. If you enjoy the art of programming, anticipating challenges before they happen, and creating high-quality results on the shop floor, this is your chance to join our expanding talented team. 5 years of CNC programming (ideally GibbsCAM®) and 8–10 years of CNC machining (multiaxis mills and lathes) required.  Monday to Friday, 6:00 Am to 2:00 PM (standard) / 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (based on business needs).
