ADM's Expertise, Your Assurance
Computer-Aided Design (CAD)/Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM)
We maintain and are fully trained and experienced on a suite of the latest state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software.
Product Design Assistance and Design for Manufacturability (DfM) Feedback
We offer product design assistance and Design for Manufacturability (DfM) feedback from your concept or drawing to a finished 3D CAD model using our state-of-the-art 3D CAD software. With our multiaxis CNC machines and EDM technologies, we develop precise cutter paths to ensure the highest precision and tightest tolerances available to meet your drawing or model specifications.
CNC Milling
Our CNC Milling capabilities include 9-Axis, 5-Axis Vertical, 5-Axis Horizontal, 4-Axis Twin-Column Vertical, 4-Axis Vertical, 4-Axis Horizontal, 3-Axis Vertical, and 2-Axis (conventional) for high-precision drilling to expertly shape parts from a wide variety of metals including aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and tool steel; plastics including ABS, HDPE, PEEK, Nylon, Polycarbonate, POM, and PTFE; and carbon.
CNC Turning (Lathes)
Our CNC Turning capabilities include 9-Axis, 5-Axis, 4-Axis Horizontal, 2-Axis, and Twin-Spindle for external operations of tapered turning, spherical turning, hard turning, facing, parting, and grooving, and well as internal operations of threading, drilling, facing, boring, reaming, tapering, and knurling of a wide variety of metals including aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and tool steel.
CNC Wire and Sinker EDM Technologies
With our CNC Wire EDM Technology, we easily cut the hardest of electrically conductive metals while submerged in dielectric fluid, making precise intricate shapes without impact or stress by using a no-contact thin electric current wire to deliver spark erosion. Efficiently creates minute contours and holes without first needing to soften the material with heat. Allows for the machining of hard, fragile, and brittle materials and achieves very tight tolerances for precision dimensions without applying force on the part.
With our CNC Sinker EDM Technology, we use distinctly shaped electrodes that are lowered or sunk into a hard or soft metal workpiece while submerged in dielectric liquid to create a deep matching-shape cavity using spark erosion. A machining solution for both exotic and common metals. Angled electrodes create sharp inside corners and deep ribs. Cylindrical electrodes create blind cavities, deep hole threads, spiral grooves, and internal spines. Ideal for creating dies, molds, and rapid tooling,
